Job summary

Jet Aviation Defence invites applications for a managerial role overseeing Hangar Services at RAAF Pearce. You will lead the AMO from a technical perspective, ensuring safe and compliant maintenance as scheduled and unscheduled work is completed efficiently.

The successful candidate will have DASR MAML C-category certification with an associated B-category licence, plus PC-21 maintenance experience and strong leadership capabilities to coordinate multi-team activities.

Qualifications

• DASR MAML C-category certification with an associated trade B-category licence.
• PC-21 aircraft maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of Jet Aviation policies and DASR regulations.
• Strong management, programme and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AMO from a technical perspective, briefing crew and staff.
• Establish safe, compliant and efficient maintenance activities per policies.
• Coordinate maintenance to support aircraft availability.
• Manage hangar and ALSE rosters, manpower and overtime within budget.
• Plan 2FTS deployments and rescues with the LMA Facilities Coordinator.
• Oversee defect review and drive continual improvement and LEAN initiatives.
