Job summary

Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a practical Handyperson to support our Engineering team and keep guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas in excellent condition.

You'll perform general repairs, assist with painting, tiling and basic plumbing, respond quickly to maintenance requests and help follow preventative maintenance programs while working safely.

Qualifications

• Must have ongoing and current working rights for Australia.
• Previous handyperson, maintenance or facilities experience.
• Practical skills across general building and property maintenance.
• Good communication and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to work across shifts, including weekends when required.
• Trade qualifications are valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

At Andaz Gold Coast, the little details make a big impression. Our Handyperson helps keep the hotel looking cared for, working beautifully and ready for whatever the day brings.

We're looking for a practical, reliable Handyperson to join our Engineering team. You'll support the upkeep of guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas, responding to maintenance requests and helping create a safe, comfortable environment for guests and colleagues.
