Job summary

Klose Constructions is seeking a reliable, multi-skilled Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson to join our team. You will work on a variety of property maintenance and renovation tasks across residential and commercial projects, with no two days being the same.

Key responsibilities include carpentry, plaster patching, tiling, painting, and hardware replacements, plus small concreting and roofing work. You’ll diagnose issues and keep worksites safe and organized while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carpentry, property maintenance or handyperson roles.
• A relevant trade qualification (Certificate III in Carpentry) is highly regarded but not strictly required with extensive, verifiable experience.
• Own standard trade tools and a valid open Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic carpentry, framing, fix-out, and structural repairs.
• Complete general property maintenance including plaster patching, basic tiling, painting, and door/window hardware replacements.
• Complete small concreting jobs and roofing work.
• Diagnose maintenance issues and implement efficient, long-lasting solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on all sites.
• Interact professionally with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
