Job summary

Beenleigh Construction Supplies Company is seeking a hands-on Workshop Labourer to join the Beenleigh team. You will repair and maintain products, use hand and power tools, and help with packing and yard duties in a busy workshop environment.

The role offers stable full-time hours, an early finish every Friday, and supportive team culture. You’ll need workshop or labouring experience, safety focus, and reliable transport. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Experience working with workshop, construction or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with timber, aluminium and/or steel is a plus.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining construction products.
• Using hand and power tools for general workshop repairs.
• Cleaning, grinding, applying silicone and spray-painting repairs.
• Preparing and packing pallets for customer reassignments.
• Organising and maintaining storage bins and workshop areas.
• Assisting with stock preparation and yard duties.
• Completing basic data entry and maintaining records.
• Following all WH&S procedures.
