Job summary

Hi-Tec Oils in Victoria is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily depot operations, stock control, deliveries and a small team. The role is hands-on and requires strong supervision.

You will manage picking, packing, receiving, stock transfers and cycle counts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring safe, clean warehouse processes. The position offers opportunities within a growing national business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, distribution or depot environment.
• Experience supervising or leading a small team.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with warehouse/ERP systems and basic Microsoft Office.
• Current Forklift Licence with demonstrated experience.
• Sound understanding of WHS and safe manual handling practices.
• Reliable, proactive and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and a small team of warehouse staff.
• Oversee picking, packing, receiving, stock handling and dispatch.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with transport providers.
• Manage stock transfers, cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organised and operating safely.
• Provide training, guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure compliance with WHS, PPE and company procedures.
• Open and close the depot as required.
