LP's Quality Meats in Marrickville seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor. You will manage a small team of 4–6 and ensure smooth execution of the schedule across grinding, injecting, tumbling, smoking, cooking, cooling and packing.

Applicants should have proven supervisory experience in meat processing or smallgoods, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to food safety. A forklift licence is beneficial for this role.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or leading-hand role within smallgoods or meat processing.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to take direction and deliver agreed outcomes.
• Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsabilidades

• Organise and direct daily production for a small team of 4–6.
• Execute the production schedule in consultation with management.
• Oversee mixing, filling, injecting, tumbling, smoking, cooking, cooling and packing.
• Monitor team performance, priorities and output.
• Supervise stock levels to support uninterrupted production.
• Maintain hygiene and HACCP-driven standards on the floor.
