Redpath Partners is seeking a commercially astute Financial Controller to lead financial control across a portfolio of major property developments. This hands-on role sits in a lean finance team and involves cashflow management, budgeting, forecasting and funding strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and project teams.

You will bring CA/CPA credentials and proven experience in a property development or construction environment, with a focus on project-based finance, cost-to-complete

Competenze

• CA or CPA qualification is required.
• Experience in Financial Controller roles within property development, construction or related industries.
• Strong project-based financial management including budgeting, forecasting and cost-to-complete analysis.
• Advanced cashflow forecasting and funding management capabilities.
• Experience managing debt facilities, lender relationships and refinancing processes.
• Oversee the full finance function with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of group and project-level cashflow forecasting and liquidity management.
• Lead project budgeting, feasibility updates and cost-to-complete forecasts.
• Oversee month-end reporting, management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Monitor project expenditure and provide financial analysis to drive performance.
• Manage debt facilities, refinancing processes, and lender reporting.
• Provide strategic financial insight to senior management and project teams.
