Job summary

Fortis Talent is partnering with an established Sydney commercial construction business to appoint an experienced Project Manager. This hands-on PM role offers genuine ownership, direct client contact and responsibility for delivering diverse commercial projects across Sydney, including fit-outs, refurbishments and remedial works.

You will lead projects from handover through planning, procurement, construction and close-out, coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Strong understanding of programming, scheduling and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end across programme, cost, quality, safety and delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal site teams.
• Develop and manage project programmes, procurement and key milestones.
• Maintain relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, variations and commercial outcomes.
• Oversee design, services and technical coordination as required.
• Identify risks and compliance requirements, delivery issues.
• Drive projects through to practical completion, handover and close-out.
