Ideal candidates have a proven PM track record in commercial construction, with strong leadership, procurement and negotiation skills, and the ability to drive project teams to achieve milestones.

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well‑established and highly regarded construction business delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across Canberra and the ACT.

The Opportunity

You will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial construction projects, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

About You

We are looking for a Project Manager with a proven track record delivering commercial construction projects, ideally within the Canberra/ACT market.

You will have:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction industry
• Experience managing projects from commencement through to practical completion
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and commercial management
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, programs and resources
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• A proactive approach to project risk and problem solving
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
• Strong knowledge of Australian construction practices, legislation and WHS requirements
