Job summary

RegOnsite Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced operations leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle of event technology and equipment. You will manage setup, configuration, and deployment across multiple events, and you’ll be hands-on with on-site IT issues, kiosks, and networking gear.

You’ll work closely with EventsAir, Swoogo, and Entegy to tailor configurations and schedules, while maintaining vendor relationships and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, tight-knit team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or event technology management.
• Strong IT skills and comfort with hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude; able to configure kiosks and resolve issues on-site.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to events, including after-hours/weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience with event management or registration software (EventsAir, Swoogo, Entegy) highly regarded but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day operations for equipment setup, configuration, and deployment across multiple concurrent events
• Overseeing warehouse logistics, stock control, freight bookings, and equipment maintenance schedules
• Coordinating and sometimes personally running equipment bump-in/bump-out at event venues, including registration kiosks, badge printers, laptops, and networking gear
• Working closely with events software platforms (EventsAir, Swoogo, Entegy) to ensure equipment and systems are configured correctly for each event
• Maintaining relationships with freight, IT, and equipment suppliers
• Continuously improving operational processes as the business scales
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues under time pressure, both remotely and on-site
