Responsibilities

• Provide internal IT and network support for Fixus staff.
• Troubleshoot network, connectivity, device, access and IT issues.
• Manage and maintain Azure network components.
• Monitor Azure network performance, availability and configuration.
• Participate in monthly Security Operations meetings.
• Support ISO 27001 compliance activities.
• Execute IT, infrastructure and network projects.
• Maintain IT, network and Azure documentation.
• Monitor and report on the Azure network environment.
• Collaborate with external vendors or consultants.
