Job summary

Rimfire Resources is seeking an experienced HR professional to run the day-to-day HR operations across a busy agricultural business. You’ll work hands-on with managers and staff to deliver practical, compliant people solutions and to improve systems and processes.

The role requires strong HR process discipline, attention to detail and an ability to switch between detail work and the bigger picture, ensuring timely, fair outcomes for employees and the business.

Qualifications

• Solid HR experience in day-to-day operations.
• Strong on process, governance and compliance.
• Able to communicate clearly with managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and provide employee support.
• Manage employee relations and performance matters.
• Handle employment contracts, policies and documentation.
• Administer HR systems, records and reporting.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee remuneration and employment conditions.
• Ensure HR compliance and related requirements.
• Improve HR processes for consistency and efficiency.
• Support managers with people matters and follow-through.
