Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Generalist or HR coordinator.
• Solid knowledge of Australian employment practices and workplace relations.
• Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations and performance management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating day-to-day HR activities across the business.
• Managing recruitment and selection processes.
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding.
• Preparing employment contracts, variation letters, and HR documentation.
• Maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinating probationary and performance reviews.
• Maintaining training, competency and qualification records.
• Coordinating training and development requirements.
• Supporting managers with performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Assisting management with employee relations matters.
