Qualifications

• Proven experience as a restaurant manager (full-time).
• Ability to manage daily operations, service delivery and guest relations.
• Strong leadership and liaison with kitchen and front-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of daily restaurant operations and service delivery.
• Lead, supervise and support front-of-house staff.
• Build a professional and accountable team culture.
• Train, mentor and develop hospitality team members.
• Prepare and manage staff rosters according to operational requirements.
• Monitor staffing levels and labour costs.
• Maintain consistent service standards across all shifts.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Manage bookings, customer enquiries and service-related issues.
• Build positive relationships with guests and respond professionally to feedback.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory and relevant records.
• Support menu changes, seasonal offerings and service improvements.
• Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation and cleanliness.
• Monitor compliance with food safety, licensing and workplace requirements.
• Work with management to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Lead by example in a busy, customer-focused hospitality environment.
