Job summary

Edge Hill Tavern in Far North Queensland is seeking a Gaming Manager to own the gaming room operations with high-touch customer service and impeccable presentation. You will lead a host team, coach staff, and ensure 100% compliance while delivering a welcoming, high-energy gaming environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong knowledge of gaming compliance, and RSA/RSG as per state requirements. This on-site position offers growth within the ALH Hotels network.

Qualifications

• Experience in gaming room operations (attendant/supervisor/manager).
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks and lift/move stock safely.
• Strong leadership and customer service mindset.
• Good knowledge of compliance and safe gaming.
• Current RSA and RSG as per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Know the regulars by name and deliver personalized service.
• Work with Publican to keep the room running safely, and within all rules.
• Share your gaming know-how and coach your host team to be the best in the biz.
