Job summary

Blended Executive Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Finance Officer to join the team and support day-to-day financial operations. This retirement replacement role focuses on accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable, month end tasks, and maintaining robust financial records.

You will work closely with the team, ensuring timely supplier payments, invoicing accuracy, and efficient reconciliation processes while providing general finance and administrative support as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance Officer or Accounts Officer role.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable.
• Experience with SAP Business One or another ERP system.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive, reliable and capable of taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable, invoicing, trade reference checks and overdue follow-ups.
• Process supplier invoices, weekly payment runs and ABA files.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile credit card statements.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support the finance function.
• Provide general finance and administrative support as required.
