Qualificações

• Proven experience in a government environment in Queensland is preferred.

• Experience with Expense-me or similar systems is highly desirable.
• Experience TechOne or SAP is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Process and review payments, invoices, and financial transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Client Details

As a Finance Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping financial operations running smoothly and efficiently. You'll work across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, reporting, and financial compliance, while partnering with stakeholders to deliver practical financial solutions and advice.

No two days are the same. One day you may be reconciling accounts and preparing month-end reporting, and the next you'll be helping improve processes, supporting system enhancements, or providing guidance to colleagues.

Description

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
