Job summary

Katek Fertilizers, a family-owned manufacturer in Lower Wonga, north-west of Gympie, is looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our small, hands-on production team. The role offers flexible full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with duties varying according to production needs.

You will operate filling and packing equipment, weigh materials, service machinery, and assist with forklifts and general production tasks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, reliable and willing to learn.
• Loader ticket or experience.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling and packing equipment.
• Prepare and weigh raw materials for production.
• Adjust and grease production equipment.
• Operate forklifts and loaders to load/unload trucks.
• Provide general support across mechanical and operational tasks as directed by the Production Supervisor.
• Keep work areas clean.
