Job summary

Agri Labour Australia is seeking a reliable Manufacturing Plant Operator to support a fertiliser manufacturing facility in Dalby, Queensland. This hands-on role involves operating processing and packaging equipment to produce high-quality fertilisers, with emphasis on safety, teamwork and attention to detail in a hot and dusty environment.

You will maintain feed rates, assist with granulation and quality checks, follow procedures, and help ensure production targets are met.

• Experience operating plant, processing or production equipment.
• Ability to work safely in a hot, dusty environment.
• Flexibility to move between tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate fertiliser processing and packaging facilities to meet production requirements.
• Support the day-to-day operation of granulation and manufacturing processes.
• Maintain accurate feed rates, batching and product consistency.
• Operate and monitor plant and equipment in line with procedures and safety requirements.
• Identify, report and respond to safety hazards, quality issues and operational variances.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow established quality assurance processes.
• Assist across other manufacturing activities and tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
