Job summary

Civelec Solutions Pty Ltd in Mulgrave, NSW, is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with strong carpentry and formwork experience. This hands-on role leads the civil crew while also working on the tools when required, reading construction plans and overseeing concrete pours.

You will supervise crews across NSW, ensure safety and quality, liaise with clients and managers, and be willing to travel and stay away from home on projects.

Qualifications

• Civil construction supervisory experience.
• Culminating ability to read construction drawings.
• Experience with formwork, concrete structures and reinforcement.
• Commitment to safety and quality on-site.
• Willingness to travel and stay away on NSW projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervising civil crews and subcontractors.
• Planning daily work, labour, plant and materials.
• Setting out and building formwork.
• Forming footings, slabs and concrete structures.
• Coordinating excavation, trenching, pits and conduit installation.
• Reading construction plans and drawings.
• Overseeing reinforcement and concrete pours.
• Completing site and quality documentation.
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Liaising with clients, builders and project managers.
