AP Bakery, a Sydney-based wholesale and retail bakery, seeks a hands-on finance leader to run the full function and partner with Owners on growth. You will tidy processes, improve systems and move finance from record-keeping to business-decision support across multiple stores.

You will own month-end, manage cash flow, oversee payroll for ~200 staff and drive reporting by channel and store, while developing a small finance team.

Qualifikationen

• CA/CPA or equivalent required.
• Experience leading full finance function in a small to mid-sized business.
• Hands-on in approach with strong costing and margins.

Aufgaben

• Own month end, management accounts and reporting by channel and store.
• Manage cash flow, budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee AP/AR and credit control for wholesale customers.
• Oversee payroll for close to 200 staff, including award compliance, super and leave.
• Track production costs, ingredient pricing, wastage and labour across stores.
• Improve finance processes, systems and reporting using technology and automation.
• Manage BAS, GST, PAYG, payroll tax and relationships with bank, accountants and ATO.
• Lead and develop a small finance/admin team and support site managers with numbers.
• Advise Owners on pricing, margins and growth investments.
