Job summary

Goulburn Metalworks is seeking an experienced Welder to join our workshop in Goulburn. You will specialise in fabricating and assembling metal handrails, prioritising precision and high-quality workmanship.

Key duties include MIG/TIG welding, interpreting drawings, finishing and quality checks, and maintaining a safe, tidy workspace. You will collaborate with the production team to meet project timelines and contribute to ongoing, secure work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding or metal fabrication.
• Strong MIG/TIG welding skills (qualification desirable but not essential).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, safety focused, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld metal handrails to specification.
