NSW Health at Westmead Hospital is seeking a Staff Specialist in Laboratory Haematology for a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week). The role involves delivering high-quality diagnostic services and contributing to teaching and clinical research.

The successful candidate will participate in quality improvement, maintain professional standards, and work within an academic environment that supports development and NPAAC/NATA compliance.

Qualificações

• AHPRA registration and Fellowship of the RCPA in Laboratory Haematology are required.
• commitment to research, education and staff training.
• ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with clear communication.
• understanding of NPAAC standards and NATA accreditation processes.
• contemporary clinical knowledge in Laboratory Haematology.

• Provide high quality diagnostic, consultative, procedural and on-call services in Laboratory Haematology.
