The position is a temporary full-time role with a focus on developing and managing the Haematology Biobank, contributing to clinical research advancement and patient care.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge and understanding of medico-legal, privacy and ethical requirements for research as per the ICH-GCP.
• Knowledge and experience in clinical research including secure data management, participant trial data collection, skills in coordinating trial participants, ability to rapidly master new concepts and skills, detailed knowledge of HREC and RGO submissions.
• Has relevant qualifications and/or experience in research, clinical trials, or relevant clinical or other health experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate documentation and patient confidentiality.
• Supporting patient recruitment and consent processes.
• Processing and managing biospecimens in a laboratory environment.
• Coordinating ethics and governance submissions.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining the research database through data entry, reconciliation, and quality monitoring.
