Qualifications

• Accreditation with Queensland Gymnastics Association is required.
• Ability to attend Competitions on weekends during Competition Season.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in gymnastics.
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates, or willingness to obtain.
• Positive Notice Blue Card, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Set up gymnastics equipment and commence class in a timely manner.
• Ensure activities have adequate matting set up correctly and safely.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed in case of accidents.
• Complete administration duties as required.

YMCA Caloundra are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team on a Casual basis based in Caloundra

What will my time look like?

• Timely set-up of gymnastics equipment and commencement of the class
• Check that all activities have adequate matting which is correctly/safely set out
• Ensure all rolls are marked and accounts, notices and newsletters are given out accordingly
• Ensure that if an accident happens all safety procedures are adhered to, and an accident report form filled out
• Complete administration duties, as required

Am I a good match?

• Accreditation with Queensland Gymnastics Association
• Required to have Advanced Qualifications
• Ability to attend Competitions on weekends during Comp Season.
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience in all aspects of gymnastics
• Demonstrated results orientation, sound judgement and problem-solving skills
• Current Senior First Aid and CPR Certificates, or willingness to obtain
• National Police Check completed in the last 6 months, willingness to obtain
• Positive Notice Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
