Job summary

PCYC NSW is seeking a passionate Gymnastics Coach to join our Mount Druitt team. You will deliver engaging and inclusive gymnastics classes, role model our values, and support operations in a flexible, casual role.

The position is casual with a pay rate of $34.96 per hour (casual loading). Benefits include rewards across retail and travel, Fitness Passport and free PCYC gym access at participating clubs, flexible hours, and career growth within NSW’s youth-focused charity.

Qualifications

• Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation desirable or willingness to obtain.
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check required or obtainable.
• Experience in coaching, youth work, or customer service is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exciting, safe and inclusive gymnastics classes.
• Designing and planning engaging lesson content for different ages and abilities.
• Supporting customer service and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Creating an environment that encourages resilience, teamwork and confidence.
• Coaching across programs – Kindergym to Trampoline, TeamGym to Parkour, Cheerleading to Artistic Gymnastics.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our PCYC team to provide positive experiences to young people.In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Gymnastics Coach under our Enterprise Agreement, you'll do more than just teach skills—you’ll role model our core values of Respect, Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, and Citizenship every day.

About You

Are you a passionate person and haveflexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as;

• Loves working with kids and creating a positive, safe environment
• Has a strong interest in gymnastics or sport (Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation desirable – or willingness to obtain)
• Brings strong communication, reliability, and teamwork to the role
• Has (or can obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Previous experience in coaching, youth work, or customer service is a bonus!
