Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire operation of the gym according to defined policies.
• Schedules staff to adequately cover needs and trains new team members.
• Maintains member service quality and gym cleanliness/appearance.
• Prepares administrative forms and reports; coordinates payroll liaison.
• Meets and greets potential members and provides club tours.
• Resolves member questions and handles feedback and inquiries.
