Job summary

ONE55 Health & Fitness is hiring a proactive Gym Membership Sales Consultant in Sydney, NSW. You will drive membership growth via lead generation, club tours and sales while supporting front-of-house reception and café operations to deliver outstanding member experiences.

The role requires a full-time, flexible seven-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays. You will build relationships, hit sales targets and contribute to local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership sales or consultative selling.
• Experience within fitness/health club/recreation/hospitality or retail.
• Experience using PerfectMind/XR or similar CRM.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert membership enquiries into new memberships.

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for many prospective members, creating positive first impressions and guiding them through their fitness journey from day one.

You'll be responsible for driving membership growth through lead generation, club tours and membership sales while also supporting our front-of-house reception and café operations to ensure every member receives an exceptional experience.

This is a full-time position working across a flexible seven-day roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Generate and convert membership enquiries into new memberships.
