Job summary

Workforce Extensions is seeking reliable Machine Operators for a gummy, vitamins, and medicinal products manufacturing facility in Eastern Creek. The role involves operating and maintaining production lines, ensuring GMP compliance, and recording production data.

You will work a day shift from 6:00am to 2:00pm, with ongoing hours and opportunities for long-term development within a fast-paced production environment. Experience in confectionery or pharmaceutical contexts is valued.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience in manufacturing or production.
• Experience in food, confectionery or pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly regarded.
• Understanding of GMP, hygiene and quality control procedures desirable.
• Mechanically minded with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and able to commit to a 6:00am start.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery used in gummies, vitamins and medicinal products.
• Set up, adjust and maintain production equipment.
• Monitor mixing, depositing, moulding and packaging processes.
• Ensure products meet GMP and quality standards.
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Complete production records accurately and on time.
• Follow GMP and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with packing, labelling and general production duties.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment.
