ALH Hotels' Blue Cattle Dog Hotel in New South Wales is seeking a Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) who brings efficiency and a strong work ethic to our team.

You will maintain rooms to a high standard, follow cleaning schedules, assist with guest requests with the Front Office, and help with maintenance reporting. This hands-on role requires physical tasks but offers growth within the Endeavour Group network.

About The Role

Guest Services Attendant (Housekeeping) | Blue Cattle Dog Hotel

We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

• Making every room feel like home away from home
• Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
• Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
• Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Inherent Requirements

• This is a hands‑on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
