Job summary

Ovolo Melbourne is seeking a Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and promote the hotel’s experiences. This part-time role requires flexibility with availability and a friendly, engaging attitude.

Previous front office experience is preferred, and a bubbly personality is highly valued. You will handle guest enquiries and support the Front Office team to ensure smooth operations and memorable stays.

The Gig

Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for our next Wonder Maker, aka Guest Service Agent, to join our fun and exciting team. As our GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when entering any of our hotels. You will be their first impression of the hotel and brand, and we want it to be a lasting impression! This is a Part-Time role and will require flexibility with availability. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
• Checking in & out guests
• Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
• Promote the hotel and all it has to offer!
• Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
• Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email, and website
• Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring the smooth running of hotel operations
