Job summary

Accor network presents an opportunity to join ibis budget Sydney Airport as a Casual & Part Time Reception Agent. You will support the Front Desk Team, check guests in/out, handle reservations, and ensure excellent service with professional phone etiquette.

RSA NSW is required and a flexible 7-day roster is expected. This role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accurate cash handling, and proactive communication across departments, contributing to a positive guest experience at a key airport

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide passionate, friendly service to guests.
• Assist guests with enquiries and complaints and provide accurate information.
• Check guests in and out accurately and promptly.
• Take reservations as needed.
• Answer telephone calls professionally.
• Reconcile cash, transactions and issue receipts.
• Update guest details in the PMS accurately.
• Action special requests promptly.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation.
• Communicate relevant information between departments.
