Job summary

Lancemore Milawa Hotel is seeking a passionate Guest Services Agent (casual/part-time) to join our Front Office team in regional Victoria. You will deliver exceptional guest experiences across reservations, arrivals, stays and departures, while promoting our boutique brand by phone, email and in person.

As the guest liaison you’ll know local activities to personalise stays, respond to feedback, and work collaboratively to manage workload.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record delivering Guest Satisfaction in luxury boutique settings.
• Acute eye for detail and strong administrative skills.
• Able to pick up systems and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences across reservations, arrivals, during stay, departures and after they’ve left us.
• Be an ambassador for the hotel, representing and promoting our boutique brand by phone, email, and in person.
• Know local Northeast Victoria activities to personalise guest experiences.
• Respond to guest feedback, concerns or complaints and follow up/report as required.
• Help, problem-solve, and take initiative while working collaboratively to manage workload.
• Enjoy working mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Lancemore Milawa Hotel is currently on the hunt for a passionate Guest Services Agent (casual/part time) to join our Front Office team.

About The Role

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences at every part of their journey including reservations, arrivals, during their stay, departures and after they’ve left us
• Be an ambassador for the hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand over the phone, by email and in person
• Love the Northeast Victoria life. Know what’s on, where to go and what to see, and be able to personalise and take the guest experience to the next level
• Respond to guest feedback, concerns or complaints from guests appropriately and follow up/report as required
• Get a kick out of helping, problem-solving and being accountable for your workload, by taking initiative and working collaboratively.
• Enjoy the flexibility of working mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE IF......

You have a demonstrated track record of delivering Guest Satisfaction with a flair for luxury and boutique. You have an acute eye for detail and exceptional administrative skills and able to pick up systems. You are able to work under pressure in a varied, fast paced environment, by taking initiative and working collaboratively. You are passionate about interacting with guests, exceeding their expectations, managing feedback and love wowing guests with flawless service experiences.
