CCC Camps Burwood is seeking a highly organised Guest Service Administrator to join our Guest Experience team. You will coordinate bookings, manage information, and support logistics to ensure every camp experience runs smoothly.

You'll work with schools, churches and community groups, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining records, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless guest experiences across camps.

Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Excellent typing, spelling and documentation skills.

  • Current NSW Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate guest bookings and provide admin and logistics support.
  • Liaise with guest groups before and after bookings.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery between guests and internal stakeholders.
  • Attend operational meetings and relay key booking information.
  • Manage guest requests and ensure actioning.
  • Support camp operations during peak periods, changeovers and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting.

Guest Service Administrator

CCC Camps is seeking a highly organised, people-focused Guest Service Administrator to join our Guest Experience team.

This role is critical in ensuring every guest group receives exceptional service from initial booking through to the completion of their camp experience. Working closely with schools, churches, community groups, and internal teams, you will coordinate information, plan logistics, and help create memorable experiences for anyone attending our camps.

What We're Looking For

As the Guest Service Administrator, you will orchestrate guest bookings and provide administrative and logistical support to ensure camps run smoothly and guests have an exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising directly with guest groups before and after their bookings.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and professional communication.
  • Coordinating information between guests and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Attending operational meetings and communicating key booking information.
  • Managing guest requests and ensuring they are actioned effectively.
  • Supporting camp operations, especially during peak periods, guest changeovers, and special events.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all reporting requirements are completed.
  • Upholding CCC Camps' safety standards, policies, and procedures
Essential Requirements
  • Ability to work within the CCC Camps Statement of Faith.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A warm, welcoming, and professional customer service approach.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams, with the ability to learn other databases.
  • Excellent typing, spelling, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to learn.
  • A collaborative team player with integrity and initiative.
  • Current NSW Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain).
Desirable
  • Qualification or experience in administration, hospitality, customer service, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Experience in Christian camping, outdoor education, or ministry environments.
  • Experience using Venue360 or similar CRM systems.
