Day-to-day duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, handling guest requests with professionalism, and following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Should maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean and stocked with towels, toiletries, and essentials.
• Replenish guest room supplies, including towels, linens, and amenities.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain high cleanliness levels in all areas of the hotel.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Attend to special guest requests and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support guest satisfaction.
