Qualifications

• Essential: housekeeping or hospitality experience with high cleanliness standards.
• Essential: reliable, professional and friendly approach; ability to work independently.
• Desirable: reception or front-desk experience; familiarity with booking systems or hospitality software.
• Desirable: Australian residency or a valid work visa.

Responsibilities

• Housekeeping core: service and clean guest rooms for daily turnover; maintain high cleanliness; restock supplies; flag maintenance issues; work independently.
• Reception support: answer phones, assist with check-ins/check-outs, help with booking systems; light admin duties.
• Incidental relief: occasional coverage for management days off; on-call support as systems are learned.
