Job summary

The Dubbo RSL Club Group is seeking friendly, reliable housekeepers to join our Dubbo team on a casual basis. Work shifts include 8:30am–12:00pm and 1:00pm, with availability required any day Monday to Sunday.

Pay rates vary by day: Monday–Friday $33.85/hr, Saturday $40.62/hr, Sunday $47.39/hr. This role offers a supportive environment with ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to follow instructions and workplace procedures
• Physically capable of undertaking housekeeping duties and assisting with function set-up
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across accommodation and venue areas.
• Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas.
• Dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise surfaces.
• Change bed linen and make beds.
• Wash, dry, fold and put away laundry where required.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Follow cleaning schedules and workplace procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.
• Assist with function set-up, including moving tables and chairs when required.

Casual position with flexible work arrangements.

Shift times 8:30am – 12:00pm / 1:00pm

Must be available to work any day Monday to Sunday as required.
