Job summary

Binna Burra Lodge in Queensland's Scenic Rim is expanding its Food & Beverage team and inviting applications for enthusiastic Attendants who love hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

This role covers café service, breakfast and lunch, à la carte dining, conferences, weddings and events across our new lodge. A range of casual and part-time opportunities are available, with flexible rosters and a rainforest setting.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, café or hospitality experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Friendly, positive and professional approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work across different styles of service and venues.
• Availability across a flexible hospitality roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional and attentive service.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
• Delivering food and beverages efficiently and to a high presentation standard.
• Providing table service across café, restaurant and function environments.
• Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with relevant requirements.
• Assisting with conferences, weddings, groups and special events.
• Setting up, clearing and resetting dining and event spaces.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our venues.
• Developing a good knowledge of our menus, local produce and beverage offering.
• Working closely with the kitchen and wider hospitality team to provide a seamless guest experience.
