Job summary

Ingenia Communities at Swan Bay Holidays is seeking a Part Time Guest Experience Supervisor to lead the Front Office team, welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, and promote park amenities and activities.

You will drive guest satisfaction, coordinate holiday programs, and contribute to sales while maintaining admin duties and a positive guest-focused culture. This role offers flexible schedules and a supportive team environment.

We’re on the lookout for a Part TimeGuest Experience Supervisor to join our team at our Swan Bay Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in being the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it!

Swan Bay Holidays offers a peaceful waterfront getaway, with beautiful natural surroundings, great facilities, and easy access to the Bellarine Peninsula’s attractions.

• Coordinate holiday activities by planning, setting up, and supervising programs that create fun, safe experiences for guests.
• Manage admin tasks including payments, guest queries, maintenance logging, and using systems like Newbook and MS Office.
