AVANI Adelaide Residences is seeking a friendly, flexible Guest Experience Attendant for a casual position, covering Front Office and Food & Beverage tasks. You will contribute to creating memorable stays, assisting guests from check-in to check-out and supporting café, bar, and in-room dining services.

The role is guest-facing, dynamic, and perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality setting, with a rotating roster and opportunities to grow within Minor Hotels' AVANI brand.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage is beneficial.
• RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain) is required.
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and manage check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth.
• Assist with café, bar, or in-room dining service.
• Provide local recommendations and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Deliver orders, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the F&B area.
• Set up and pack down breakfast or function areas as required.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records.
