Quest Notting Hill is seeking a guest services agent to join our Front Office team. You will welcome guests, process reservations, check-ins and check-outs, and handle guest accounts with a high level of service.

The ideal candidate has experience in hospitality, understands hotel reservation systems, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and communicates clearly. A friendly personality, reliability and a professional work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in accommodation industry and hotel reservation systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Face-to-face customer service experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication with sound IT skills (Microsoft products).

Responsibilities

• Servicing queries and needs of in-house guests.
• Responding to accommodation enquiries & processing reservations.
• Welcoming guests and performing check-ins & check-outs.
• Maintaining accurate guest accounts & guest history.
• Delivering a high level of professional customer service.
• Ensuring front office/reception runs smoothly.
• Promoting the business to achieve sales targets.
• Opening Reception and Closing Reception shifts.
• General day-to-day office and administrative duties.
