Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a similar duty manager role with hands-on leadership.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to train staff.
• Experience managing budgets, rosters and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift operations to ensure service standards.
• Oversee staff rostering and labour cost management.
• Ensure compliance with Liquor licensing and Gaming regulations.
• Perform cash handling, stock control and balance DTS.
• Develop a motivated, consistent team and provide coaching.
• Build strong relationships with the Venue Manager to meet business needs.
