Job summary

Bundaberg International, a charming 41-room motel in Bundaberg, is seeking a reliable Casual Housekeeper to maintain our high cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.

You will dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, change bedding, replenish towels, and help with laundry. The role requires 6-12 months of housekeeping experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team in a friendly, flexible on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles essential.
• A minimum of 6-12 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience is required.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Availability to work at least three days per week, including weekends (MUST; weekends can be rotating).
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to our established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Change bedding and replenish towels and amenities as needed.
• Ensure common areas are kept clean and presentable.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to Management.
• Assist with laundry duties as required.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet the needs of guests.
