Job summary

Ingenia invites you to join the Nambucca Heads Holidays team as a Guest Experience Officer. You’ll warmly welcome guests, share park information, coordinate activities, and help deliver memorable experiences across the site.

The role emphasizes guest services, upselling where appropriate, and maintaining a safe, tidy environment while ensuring high satisfaction levels. Applicants should have hospitality or tourism experience, a WWCC, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or tourism.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC) is required.
• Current automatic driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide park/resort information, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Convert walk-in bookings and upsell suitable products while following policies.
• Coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain presentation standards and support sales/service procedures to help reach customer satisfaction goals (NPS).
• Assist with caretaking duties including after-hours guest support and site-rule compliance.

We’re on the lookout for a C asual Guest Experience Officer to join our team at our Nambucca Heads Holidays site.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in being the welcoming face of the park, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it!

Nambucca Heads Holidays offers a relaxed coastal getaway, with beautiful natural surroundings, quality facilities, and easy access to the Mid North Coast’s beaches and attractions.

In this Role, You’ll

• Welcome guests warmly, provide information about the park/resort, local area, amenities, and activities, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience.
• Convert walk-in bookings, promote other Ingenia Holidays destinations, and upsell suitable products while following reservation policies and capturing guest details.
• Coordinate and deliver engaging holiday activities within budget, maintain a safe and tidy environment, and encourage guest participation.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, follow sales and service procedures, and work towards achieving customer satisfaction goals like Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Support caretaking duties as needed, including site cleanliness, after-hours guest assistance, and monitoring compliance with site rules

You’re Likely a Match If You

• You’re passionate about creating warm, memorable guest experiences through genuine customer service.
• You have experience in hospitality or tourism, or you're enthusiastic about building your skills in a guest-focused role.
• You're confident using Microsoft Office and booking systems like Newbook, or you're eager to learn and grow in a tech-enabled environment.
• You work collaboratively with others, communicate with empathy, and bring a strong eye for detail to everything you do.
• You have a valid Working with Children Check
• You have a current automatic driver’s license
