Job summary

Hilton in Perth is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant to deliver exceptional guest experiences at events and in dining spaces. You will support setup, service delivery, and safety, while collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth event execution.

This role requires standing for long periods, strong guest-service focus, and a RSA certificate. Perth-based applicants with hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Have a minimum of 6 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
• Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance is offered)
• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Prior experience in hospitality or banquet service in a hotel environment is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent guest service and handle requests professionally.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting/carrying equipment or trays.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with staff and guests.
• Ensuring accurate setup, presentation, and cleanliness of event spaces.

Responsibilities

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Ensure accurate table setups and timely banquet tasks.
• Service Delivery: Provide attentive guest service and respond to requests.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain hygiene and safety standards in event areas.
• Team Collaboration: Work with kitchen and service teams for smooth events.
• Efficiency & Safety: Manage time, multitask under pressure, follow safety standards.
• Product Knowledge: Understand menu items and assist guests confidently.
