Job summary

lululemon seeks an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the floor, build and develop a diverse team, and ensure guests receive an exceptional store experience in line with our values.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will recruit, train, coach, and manage operations to drive guest satisfaction and store performance, while fostering belonging and development opportunities for your team.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing operations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to guide the team and meet business and guest needs.
• Recruit, select, and onboard new team members to build a diverse, high-performing team.
• Provide training and coaching to close development gaps.
• Manage performance through feedback, check-ins, and documentation.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences on the floor and address guest feedback.
