Job summary

Cater Care is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the guest experience at Shore School in North Sydney. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who understands that exceptional service goes beyond routine tasks and focuses on anticipating needs, delivering memorable moments and setting the standard for the team.

You will manage daily service, school functions and events with a strong emphasis on functions and premium hospitality.

• Proven hospitality leadership across functions and events.

• Confidently manage busy service periods and functions.
• Strong attention to detail and presentable appearance.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations across daily service and events.
• Plan and coordinate school functions and special occasions.
• Deliver polished experiences for students, staff and guests.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure seamless events.
• Coordinate setup, service and close-down for functions.
• Build relationships with school stakeholders and Cater Care team.
• Identify opportunities to continuously improve guest experience.
• Take ownership and make decisive on-floor decisions.
