Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host to lead the front desk operations, greet and register owners and guests, and share information on local attractions.

You will handle paperwork, operate phones and computer systems, and provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment that values hospitality and guest memories.

This role offers development opportunities and a supportive team culture with opportunities to grow within the company.

Formación

• Previous experience within a similar hotel position.
• Genuine passion for customer service and the local area.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and positive individual.
• Immaculate presentation and professional grooming standards.
• High levels of computer literacy; experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera) advantageous.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, public and school holidays.
