Job summary

Qualifications

• RSA certification required or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience in a high-volume hotel or premium restaurant environment desirable.
• Positive, personable, and adaptable under pressure; strong service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, attentive and efficient food and beverage service to guests.
• Take and process food and beverage orders with accuracy.
• Ensure timely, polished delivery and presentation of food and drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment.
• Assist with table setup, clearing and resetting during service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and hotel team to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to hotel policies, food safety standards and HACCP requirements.
• Support opening and closing duties as required.
