Job summary

Pappa Flock is looking for energetic, confident people who love meeting new people and delivering great guest experiences in Sydney. No hospitality experience is required if you have personality, confidence and a positive attitude; we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll welcome guests, recommend menu favourites, and create moments that keep guests coming back. Enjoy flexible shifts and opportunities to grow into Crew Coach, Shift Leader and Management roles as you build confidence and people skills.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience not required.
• Personality, confidence and a great attitude are valued.
• Willing to learn and be taught.

Job description

Pay is in accordance with the Fast-Food Industry Award 2020, with hourly rates varying based on age, employment type and classification. The advertised hourly rate reflects the adult casual rate; junior rates apply based on age in accordance with the Award. Casual rates include applicable casual loading, with penalty rates and other entitlements applying where required.
